West Pride, Gbg
West Pride pågår just nu för fullt i Gbg. Det är så härligt att se alla människor som samlas för att fira och stödja gemenskap och jämställdhet. Sådana här event, där vi alla samlas för att stödja varandra och bara ha roligt, är precis vad vi behöver under tider som dessa. Även ifall tanken på en möjlig terrorattack slog mig när jag stod där mitt i folkmassan (liksom den gjorde hos många andra jag pratat med) så var det fint att se all glädje ute på gatorna i dag. The West Pride festival is currently ongoing in Gbg city. It is lovely seeing so many people come together in order to celebrate and support community and equality. These kinds of events, where we all come together to support each other and just have fun together, is exactly what we need during times like these. Even though the thought of the possibility of a terror attack did cross my mind while being around that many people (and talking to others, I was not alone in that), it was nice to see all the joy and happiness out in the streets today.
